The main equipment includes billet band saw and conveyor units, rotary furnace (16m pitch diameter) (self-prepared by user),two conic-rolls hot piercing mill (horizontal type), Accu-Roll restraining mandrel elongator (with mandrel cooling cycling device), high-pressure descaling device(self-prepared by user), sizing mill (12-stand, φ600mm ), chain-type cooling bed, 6-roll tube straightener, finished pipe band saw and R-part profiling machine for sizing stands (self-prepared by user).
